This hybrid role provides a great opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within our organization. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Magenium, you will be a key player in our sales operations. You will support our sales representatives, ensure exceptional customer service, and gain comprehensive knowledge of our business practices, products, and services.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:Track and analyze sales performance, reporting results to management.Assist Business Development Managers with quotes, SOW reviews, and contract preparations.Qualify leads through various channels.Present service offerings and negotiate deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Manage sales pipeline and CRM activities.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.Assist with bid requests and proposal preparations.Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote Microsoft solutions.Utilize Microsofts funding programs and incentives to support sales efforts.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams on lead generation campaigns.Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide timely and accurate information and pricing.Assist with credit and collection questions.Address and escalate customer issues as needed.Administrative Tasks:Document all customer communications thoroughly.Keep CRM current and up to date.Knowledge Development:Stay updated on industry and trends.Conduct research to support sales efforts.Understand Magenium/AVI's business model and marketing materials.Enhance technical knowledge of products through research and training.Additional Responsibilities:Handle additional assignments and responsibilities as needed.Qualifications:Competitive and outgoing personality with excellent listening skills.College education and strong communication skills.2 years plus of Inside Sales experienceOrganized and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions.Excellent communication skills.Why Join Us?Work for a 100% employee-owned company.Hybrid work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
