Our client is committed to work-life balance and fosters a family-first culture, with a hybrid work schedule of 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 in the field.Sales Representative Responsibilities:Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals and leverage a detailed CRM system with warm and qualified leads.Sell into SMB to major corporate accounts in a variety of industries, including but not limited to biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, hospitality, schools & universities, healthcare, and restaurants.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Negotiate terms and contracts with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.Sales Representative Experience & Benefits:Guaranteed base salary + uncapped monthly commissions + quarterly bonusesOpportunity for career growth through internal promotionsBe a part of a region that sends sales reps to Presidents Club attendees' year over yearStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision makers.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or field-based environment.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets401k program with a strong company match, health and life insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), disability coverage, vacation, sick time, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement
