Elevate is hiring for a partnerThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in our business development efforts. This individual will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting discovery calls to drive opportunities into the sales pipeline. The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a solid foundation for successful client relationships.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProspecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry lists, company, and industry databases). Work with Marketing and Department Heads to deliver outbound campaign touches.Lead Qualification: Rapidly respond to inbound leads and qualify them to ensure they meet predefined criteria for target customers.Discovery Call Setting: Schedule discovery calls between qualified leads and senior sales or advisory team members.HubSpot CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions, activities, and progress in our internal system to ensure seamless team collaboration and visibility.Follow-Up and Communication: Execute timely and personalized follow-ups via email, phone, or other tools.
