Harry Slatkin has also created home fragrance collections for numerous luxury brands including Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Chopard, and Christian Dior.POSITION OVERVIEW We seek a dynamic, driven and innovative Sales Account Manager to help build our in-market retail business. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Account Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth and customer relationships across our portfolio of brands. This position manages key retailer partnerships across Mass Market, Drug, Grocery, and DIY channels, gaining points of distribution, ensuring effective sales execution and customer satisfaction. Slatkin + Co. is a fast scaling company with a fast paced, pressure driven environment. This individual will be helping with existing retailers, Walmart, CVS, Kroger, Dollar General, while also bringing on new retail partners across mass channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccount Management & Business DevelopmentDrive sales growth and customer relationships within assigned accountsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless new customer onboarding and maintenanceAnalyze prospective customers needs and develop strategic recommendationsExecute customer presentations, manage sampling requests, and lead customer meetingsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners Sales Operations & StrategyManage new item setup and maintain data accuracy across all systemsReview and optimize customer purchase ordersCreate and execute account-specific strategies to drive growthMaintain customer pricing and catalog managementLead internal sales tools and process improvementsExperience with Broker ManagementForecasting and annual planningAnalytics & Performance ManagementExecute data entry for cross-functional reporting and analyticsGenerate and analyze sales reports to drive strategic decision-makingMonitor account performance and identify growth opportunitiesTrack and report on key performance indicatorsDevelop actionable insights from sales dataGrow Mass Business by 35%+REQUIREMENTSTravel required up to 50%+ as business develops Must be able to lift boxes of 20lbsTradeshow set up and tear downValid drivers license and ability to travel domestically5+ years of sales account management experience in CPG industry, preferably Home Fragrance or Personal CareExperience with Walmart and CVS, a plus Bachelors degree required (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing customer relationshipsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Excel pivot tables, formulas, and lookups experience is a mustPutting together from scratch presentations while updating existing materialsStrong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent presentation and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaborativelyInterview Process for Final Candidates: As part of our commitment to finding the right fit, final candidates will be asked to complete a practical case study/assignment via Zoom.
