The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop its direct sales team, drive revenue growth, and implement strategic sales initiatives.THE JOBThe Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the companys direct sales efforts by managing and developing a small but growing team. This individual will be responsible for setting sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring the company's direct sales accounts are effectively managed and expanded.
