Sales Development Representative (SDR)Department: Customer ExperienceReports To: Product Specialist Team Lead📢We're hiring for two SDR positions with the following shifts:Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break) Shift 2: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break) Job SummaryBrava is looking for two energetic and customer-focused Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring Brava's premium roofing products. In this role, you will engage prospective customers, qualify leads, and guide them through their buying journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. We provide a structured sales process, cutting-edge tools, and a collaborative team to set you up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Sales EngagementServe as the main point of contact for homeowners, helping them navigate their roofing journey with Brava.Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring only highly qualified leads are passed to Product and Referral Specialists.Conduct sales discovery calls to understand customer needs, answer questions, and introduce Brava's product offerings. Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Product Specialists to discuss product features and benefits.Guide homeowners through the final steps, including getting connected with a contractor and making their purchase decision.Customer Relationship Management & Sales OperationsAccurately record and manage all lead interactions in Salesforce CRM to track customer progress and sales pipeline activity.Maintain a self-starter mindset, proactively bringing new lead generation and customer engagement ideas to sales meetings.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales appointments to continuously refine sales skills.Additional ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Specialists, Referral Specialists, and Sales teams to improve the lead qualification and conversion process.Ensure an exceptional customer experience, creating a positive and seamless journey for homeowners.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping people.Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).ExperienceAt least one year of sales, customer service, or related experience.Previous experience working with homeowners, home improvement, or building materials is a plus.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsFull-time position with two available shifts.Remote or hybrid work environment, depending on location.Prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking.Must be able to lift and move up to 15 lbs as needed.Why Join Brava?Brava is a fast-growing company revolutionizing the roofing industry with high-quality, sustainable roofing solutions that combine beauty, durability, and eco-friendliness.
