Find out more by visiting .Position SummaryA dynamic, personable, self-driven professional responsible for prospecting and selling Vensures products and services to organizations. Clearly and fully explain the benefits of a PEO, ensuring client expectations are consistent with Company deliverables. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop short and long-term sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume and profit margins.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business in designated territoryBe a student of the industry knowledgeable of new products and services as well as Broker practices and trendsBe aware of competitors and their initiatives and analyze competitive threatsTake ownership for the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all services for assigned clientsOversee renewal proposals and processes for current clientsPrepare executive summaries for client presentationsDevelop lead generation and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activityComplete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by managementAttend monthly consulting meetings and offer training and coaching for staffOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust be a self-starter, highly motivated and focused on new business achievement.Knowledgeable in both self-funded and fully insured products and financial arrangementsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills; capable of communicating as a knowledgeable professional to carriers, members and employersExcellent problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAbility to represent and display professional style, pride and adhere to corporate policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality and privacyUnderstand the needs and requirements of customers and potential customersPerform with sound business ethics and a high standard of performance while pursuing established goalsAbility to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to perform key responsibilitiesEducation & Experience0-5 years progressive sales experience with an insurance carrier, managed care organization, agency, TPA, Payroll, HCM or PEO type of B2B Intangible saleBachelors Degree or equivalent experienceProficient with MS Office suiteExtensive travel in the designated area required
