US Account Manager Role:We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our US team with ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Meet short, medium- and long-term company objectives. Work closely with key stakeholders in other functions to deliver quality products and services to your customer base Manage customer issues and complaints while minimizing negative impacts for FPS and generating added value.Implement all commercial actions and decisions made by the Commercial Leadership in accordance with company strategies. Travel as needed to customers, and prospects, both at corporate offices and production sites. General Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales or account management.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Requirements/Skills: Commercial: Put customers' needs central in priority setting and be a problem solver while defending enterprise-wide company interests. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Strong ability to convince internally and externally based on facts. Analytical. High ability to make analysis based on information technology and data. Performer in price understanding and key driver impacts. Understand financial impacts, make projections and build factual conclusions. Strategic & tactical: Understands market dynamics and different customers/audiences to build efficient strategies. Ability to think strategically while simplifying complex matters and translating strategy into understandable and actionable initiatives.
