Summary -Phoenix Crane Service is searching for a Sales Specialist to focus on the growth of our crawler crane and large all-terrain class cranes. This Sales Specialist will focus on developing and maintaining business across the Southeastern US.The Sales Specialist will organize, plan, communicate, and manage initiatives (customers, opportunities, projects, etc..) from conception through completion to ensure they meet company and customer expectations. The Crane Specialist will work with the Project Management team to develop comprehensive plans for crane configurations, site logistics, rigging, and configurations of equipment while managing time and estimating production expectations.The position requires a self-starter and driven individual to perform a wide variety of activities on a daily basis. These activities require the employee to perform in an efficient manner while meeting deadlines and expectations. The Sales Specialist will work collaboratively with all Phoenix Crane departments and the Phoenix Crane Management team.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (list is not inclusive):Seek out and develop new leads, projects and customers.Must constantly expand product knowledge with on-boarding of new equipment/services and the their respective features.Build and/or manage opportunities from initial contact or assignment through site inspection, plan development, and execution.Build and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and projects within a CRM (i.e. Salesforce).Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer service while working with all customers and/or contracted personnel.Inspect and interpret crane load charts and configurations for solution planning and logistic communication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, safety, dispatch, and sales, to ensure safe and efficient plans are built and executed.Generate and send quotes in accordance with inspection, customer-provided information, coordination with the Project Management team, and up to date company price lists.Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards and client requirements.Coordinate with Project Management to structure projects with 3D Lift Plan and other toolsObtain customer acceptance of project deliverables and overcome objections through approved negotiation practices.Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of ongoing projects and address any project-related issues or challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.Additional Requirements Specialized computer knowledge and reporting skills (Visual Dispatch, Microsoft Office Suite, 3D Lift, etc...)Effective oral and written communicatorMotivated leader, solutions orientedAbility to travel
