In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strategic partnerships within these industries and more. This position will work remotely, but must live in the NY Metro Area to be able to travel to client meetings as needed.Job Duties Include:Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the beauty, fashion, luxury, consumer goods and creative brand sectorsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building activitiesCultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target industries to promote our services and solutions effectivelyMarket Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for expansion primarily within the beauty, fashion, luxury, and creative brand sectorsStay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product/service offeringsClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing value-added solutions and supportAct as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and personalized service to help them achieve their business objectives effectivelyAddress client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retentionBrand Representation and Promotion:Represent our company and brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote awareness and generate interest among potential clients and partnersCollaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials, presentations, and collateral to support sales and business development effortsJob Qualifications Include:Proven track record of success in business development roles, ideally experience working in a Business Development role within the Recruitment industryStrong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers on our companys valueExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientsStrategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives to drive business growthSalary: $80k - $100k annually + commissionIf you are a passionate and driven individual with a deep understanding of the beauty, fashion, luxury, or creative brand industries, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
