ARCHITECTURAL SALES REPRESENTATIVEA leading provider in the building materials and construction solutions industry is seeking a Full-Time Architectural Sales Representative for Indio, CA locations. This role focuses on promoting innovative design solutions to architects, specifiers, designers, engineers, and other professionals within the AEC community. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted resource for industry knowledge, technical specifications, and emerging trends while developing strong relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Provide design professionals with technical details, product specifications, and support to secure placement in projects.Educate clients on application methods and best practices to ensure successful project integration.Conduct in-office seminars and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional association meetings (AIA, CSI, etc.).Identify market trends, code changes, and technical developments relevant to construction materials and design.Develop and maintain project leads for business opportunities.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree (Architecture or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of related experience in architectural sales, specifications, or technical product promotion.Proficiency in Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and BIM processes is highly preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general Windows-based systems.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Work Environment & Physical Demands:This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday).The role operates in an office environment but requires travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required.This position offers a competitive salary ($75K - $100K per year) and benefits package and presents an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for architecture and design.Apply now to join a well-established organization and take the next step in your career!
