Do you have what it takes?Role DescriptionThis opening is for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Northeast US with a preference for New England with responsibility and frequent travel to neighboring states. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in a specified region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves collaborating with the global sales team to contribute to the overall growth and success of Blaklader. This role will report to the National Sales Manager for the US.ResponsibilitesExecute the existing strategy for the business currently set by managementDevelop Sales strategies, presentations, and proposals for new and existing businessesProspecting, lead-generation, cold-calling, and sales negotiationsAccount and CRM managementB2B and B2C sales generationProvide analysis and lead sales forecasting, product forecasting, budgeting, and planning within the regionQualifications3+ years of outside sales experience with workwearFR Garment Sales experience***** Safety shoe sales experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCustomer relationship management skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsAbility to travel within the designated regionBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
