The Sales Operations Team is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to sales management, sales representatives, and customers, ensuring company sales goals are met. As a Sales Operations Specialist - Corporate Accounts, you will collaborate directly with Solo Stove Corporate Account Sales Reps and their customers, emphasizing tailored promotional product solutions that align with customer needs.Responsibilities• Order Management: Receive, enter, and process sales orders from representatives and accounts, including orders received via EDI.• Promotional Product Customization: Partner with in-house marketing and etching teams to create personalized promotional products that meet customer branding goals.• Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of customer orders, prioritizing flawless execution of promotional campaigns.• Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of customer orders, including extensions, substitutions for out-of-stock products, tracking updates, and RA processing to maintain customer satisfaction.• Sales Support Activities: Assist with new account paperwork, sample requests, seasonal sales tool updates, and tradeshow/event support, with a focus on promotional product solutions.• Process Improvement: Offer insights to sales operations leadership to refine workflows, particularly those related to promotional product orders, and help implement system enhancements.• Customer & Rep Communication: Provide outstanding communication and service to corporate account customers and sales representatives, focusing on tailored solutions and proactive support.• Goal Achievement: Contribute to achieving monthly personal and team goals, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction through promotional product expertise.Key Skills• Previous sales support, customer service, or like roles ideally in promotional product operations or sales.• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple customized orders simultaneously.• Proven capability to excel in fast-paced environments and meet critical deadlines.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.• Proactive, quick learner, and self-starter with a focus on solutions.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing promotional product orders.Role Requirements• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.• Experience with NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and ShipHero systems preferred• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).• A background in promotional product sales, customization, or operations is highly desirable.What We Offer You:Unlimited PTO for most corporate roles, accrued for others.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees401(k) with 3% matchGenerous employee discountEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPriceless opportunity to work with the coolest team ever!This role offers a unique opportunity to combine operational efficiency with creative promotional product expertise, supporting the growth of Solo Stove's corporate accounts and delivering exceptional results to customers.
