This individual is highly organized, analytical, and a team player who is passionate about ecommerce retail. What Youll DoAchieve company sales goals for owned accountsAccurately forecast sales based on account performance, customer trends and the retail landscapeAdjust strategies in real-time as needed. Partner with leadership team to identify the impact on the business and the needs of cross functional partners to support changesAnalyze account sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basisReport on performance of products and licensed categories; identifying hits and misses, opportunities for growth and white spaceBuild quarterly forecast for each account at the category and license level, ensuring alignment with broader company goalsMonitor and report on the performance of product categories and individual listingsMaintain an understanding of trends and consumer behavior to improve e-commerce experiencesCollaborate with Account Manager to plan assortments to drive incremental sales volumeWork directly with external Marketplace and Account partners to grow each account at a license and category levelWork with internal and external partners to promote listings and plan assortments to drive incremental sales volumeWhat Youll NeedBachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in account management in apparel/fashionEcommerce merchandising experience a mustExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong excel skillsExperience with frequent sales forecasting and budgetingStrong Experience with pricing and margin managementExperience in managing relationships with external partnersStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and strong follow-up skillsIndependent thinker that takes initiativeHybrid Digital is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
