Responsibilities include, but are not limited *****Oversee inside sales professionals to ensure financial, operational, and sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.Collaborate with the Director of Customer Service & Inside Sales to develop sales strategies, action plans, and performance benchmarks.Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new inside sales hires. Address performance issues through targeted training programs, field ride-alongs, and role-playing exercises.Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch and Service Managers, service professionals, administrative staff, and stakeholders in the new construction and builder program.Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, engaging customers to assess needs and provide information on company products and services.Close phone sales on qualified leads, send E-Contracts, and schedule services following the Best Fit process.Sell residential pest control and related services, ensuring all agreements are properly signed and documented.Create and manage service accounts for new customers, process payments, and schedule inspections or quality control visits.Continuously develop sales and marketing skills through coaching and training from the Sales Manager.Meet or exceed Minimum Performance Standards and achieve Monthly Development Plan goals.Accurately document customer interactions and forward relevant information to the appropriate team members.Enter lead information into databases (PestPac and Velocify) and schedule appointments.Assist the Call Center Specialist Team with customer service inquiries during peak hours, resolving billing issues, applying credits/adjustments, and providing solutions.Deliver exceptional communication and customer service to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
