You will be working alongside a team of Partners, Principals, Marketing Directors, Design Directors, Proposal Writers, CADD Managers and Graphic Designers.Salary & BenefitsA hybrid work scheduleCompetitive salary and benefits packageMedical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability coverage Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing contributions3 weeks of PTO 11 paid holidays56 hours of sick timeCompany Volunteer ProgramDedication to a healthy work/life balanceAEC Business Development Coordinator**Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience writing proposals within architecture, engineering, and design industryExperience creating, editing, updating, proofreading and improving proposals.Maintain and prioritize RFPs and RFQs as they come inExcellent presentation experienceKnowledge of contract administration desiredFamiliar with MacOSKnowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis on InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, Open Asset, Hubspot, PowerPoint.Superior verbal and written skillsGreat attention to detail and ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple assignments as they are tasked**Write, edit, update, proofread and improve proposalsAttend pre-proposal calls & provide detailed meeting notesAssist in reviewing RFPs & RFQs - create list of potential questions and concernsResearch, generate and track new business opportunities and RFP/RFQ releasesPrepare new business packages and conduct regular follow-upMaintain and develop marketing archives (project descriptions, resumes, project sheets, etc.)Update weekly marketing reportDownload RFPs & RFQs & add Firm to potential bidder listSchedule new business client meetings & create/update team calendarAssist in updating BD report, leads report, Hubspot, Open Asset, etc.Assist in BD efforts - client outreach, email campaigns, etc.Assist in active lead research and track informationDevelop marketing materials for meetings and interviewsWork alongside partners and directors to ensure the marketing vision is executedAttend new business and networking events, pre-proposal meetings and presentations when deemed necessarySelbert Perkins Design is an equal opportunity employer.
