We have a very intriguing Land Acquisition professional opportunity to join one of our high-growth, pro-active Residential New Home Builder clients in the Denver, Colorado (CO) area market.This valued, motivated land acquisition professional will identify, source, and secure homebuilding site opportunities for self-development or lot purchase for the Triangle market division. This role is responsible for all land acquisition related activities within targeted submarkets of the division (incl. but not limited to site identification, pre-acquisition analysis/budgeting/site planning/due diligence/underwriting, rezoning, entitlements, site development partnerships, overall project execution/deliveries, and strategic initiatives).Great opportunity for the current Land Acquisition professional seeking a new challenge/initiative/growth opportunity OR the established Land Acquisition professional seeking a greater degree of responsibility, oversight, and long-term career growth opportunity.Volume-based Residential homebuilding experience preferred.
