This position works closely with Consultants and account support to ensure the full service offering is delivered to clients in a proactive manner.What You Will DoMarketing client benefit programs with carriers, third parties and other applicable vendors.Ensure proper timelines are followed and proactively engage with clients and carriers in advance for renewal deliverables and requests.Oversee implementation between carriers, vendors and the client.Proactively address issues or concerns and act as the primary liaison to provide a positive experience for the client.Coordinating components of the renewal process. This includes education materials, education method (meetings, videos, coordinating onsite counselors) and enrollment process (technology system or enrollment forms).Effectively and accurately document all activities and correspondence within the EPIC system.Take ownership and full responsibility for maintaining a book of business.Maintain a customer retention goal of a minimum of 90% on the assigned book of business.What You Will BringBachelors degree preferred1-3 years of experience in Group Benefits either working on the agency side or the carrier side.Must be able to work independently and build strong client and company relationships.Texas Life & Health License is required.
