Account ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our client located in Nashville, TN. This role serves as a crucial link between the customer and the company before, during, and after the purchases.** Nashville, TNPay * $20-22 per hourPosition * Temp to Hire, On-SiteJob *Manage customer communications through phone, email, website chat, and fax in a professional manner.Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Procurement.Process purchase orders, take customer and sales orders, and perform data entry to create shipping documents for Operations. Perform various administrative tasks including electronic filing, shipping and receiving small parcels, billing corrections, updating CRM databases, and creating documents such as letters, spreadsheets, memos, reports, and notes.Ensure accurate customer billing and enter billing correction requests into CRM as needed. Communicate about customer credit card payments and overall account financials.Contact customers regularly to obtain orders from repeat customers in support of the sales department.*Minimum 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Microsoft ** Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
