Regional Manager

About the Company - Welcome to Yoga Joint! We are actively recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager to join our leadership team.About the Role - The Regional Manager is a self-motivated and driven professional who is directly responsible for their designated studios' overall business operations within their region. This role will be responsible for ensuring each location meets or exceeds revenue, operations and KPI goals while helping to grow the business. As Regional Manager you will oversee the progress of sales and profits and execute lead generation and marketing strategy plans to increase sales and promote the success of the studios you oversee. A primary focus will be on hiring, training, and developing the studio management in your region to ensure they are meeting sales targets and operational standards of Yoga Joint's studios while promoting a positive working environment via leading by example. The Regional Manager must be the driving force behind developing management talent to create internal mobility for studio managers and groom studio managers into ready regional managers to promote upward mobility. This is an in-studio position with regular daily travel throughout the region. The regional manager will be expected to spend time in each location in their region every 1-2 weeks to take class, inspect the studio, connect with the team, and support the team. The regional manager will be expected to take a minimum of 2 classes per week to stay connected with the product.Responsibilities -Directly oversee the recruitment, training and development, evaluations, counseling sessions and terminations of the staff in your regionOversee, support and direct studio management and internal teams within your region to exceed sales and operational goalsEnsure region meets established KPI's in all key areasPractice regular independent, discretionary judgment and weigh all options and recommendations to identify the best path forward and to ensure company guidelines are being followed within your regionVisit all locations within the region at a cadence approved by the VP of Sales and OperationsMust have strong leadership skills to motivate your studio team to perform their bestEffectively communicate with your studio management team across your region to clearly convey your points, both verbally and written, to ensure they have what they need to succeed in their role and to drive studio sales and revenueComplete performance evaluations of region staff at each location as neededOccasionally assume a leadership role in the event a location does not have an active managerMay be required to attend events hosted in regionResponsible for addressing customer concerns in a prompt, professional manner to maintain their relationship with our companyLead by example so studio management can learn and train under your leadership to produce the necessary results for a successful studioReport region's studio performance to VP of Sales & Ops on a regular basisAbility to effectively give training presentations to studio management and educate them on best practices to meet Yoga Joint's established standardsExecutes additional job functions as needed to meet the needs of the businessQualifications & Skills-Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or similar field5+ years of successful management and leadership experience5+ years multi-unit management experienceFitness industry and/or multi-location experience preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong computer skills, Microsoft Office 365, and basic software programsHighly skilled in working with budgets, and financial statements such as a Profit & Loss StatementPay range and compensation package - Industry Competitive Base Salary, Monthly Bonus Plan, Flexible Schedule, Benefits, 401K, PTO, and Holiday Pay, Complimentary Yoga Joint Memberships, Discounts on Branded Retail, Ongoing Training, Support, and Development by Leaders of Yoga Joint, Fun, Passionate Team Members Geared Towards Building a Sense of Belonging and CommunityYoga Joint Company overview - Yoga Joint is South Florida's premier Hot Yoga and FIIT studio.
