This approach ensures that consumers can engage with the brand and itsproducts through their preferred channels, creating a personalized experience that meets theirexpectations at every touchpointPosition Overview:The Account Executive is a key driver of Isaias wholesale success, responsible for building andmaintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners, driving sales revenue, and contributingto the overall growth of the business. With a focus on business acumen, communication, andanalytical skills, the Account Executive works closely with internal teams to optimize salesperformance and enhance client satisfaction.Core Responsibilities1. Sales Management• Build and maintain strategic relationships with wholesale partners, focusing on salesperformance, profitability, and growth.• Monitor and compile weekly sales analyses (e.g., style and location trends) to identifyreorder and replenishment opportunities.• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance profitability, reduce inventory liability, anddevelop strategies for sales growth.• Run and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports, using insights to identifygrowth opportunities.• Identify and engage new potential wholesale partners to expand Isaia's client portfolio.2. Basic Stock Program (BSP)• Review weekly sales performance for assigned accounts, engage customers to assessstock levels, and identify growth opportunities.• Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) and Planning Departments to communicatecustomer feedback and identify trends for replenishment.• Conduct competitor analysis on BSP offerings, evaluating quality and price points forstrategic recommendations.• Provide feedback and suggestions for BSP improvements, including new product ideasfor the program.• Support CS in liquidating BSP phase-out items and aged inventory to optimize turnover.3. Made-to-Measure (MTM)• Submit MTM asset requests to Isaia's Spa (Italian production facility) and coordinatedelivery updates with CS for wholesale accounts.• Conduct competitive analyses on pricing, seasonal offerings, and presentation standardsto ensure Isaia remains competitive.• Distribute and confirm MTM price lists, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness with off-the-rack (OTR) pricing.• Partner with the Director of MTM to strategically plan swatch distribution and trunkshow events, considering historical sales and budgets.• Work with CS and Spa to resolve MTM order inquiries and ensure timely processing.• Communicate monthly wholesale goals and track month-to-date (MTD) performancewith wholesale partners to achieve seasonal budgets.• Conduct MTM events, including product knowledge (PK) seminars, store visits, andtrunk shows, while tracking event performance.• Identify MTM trends post-season to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.4. Market Support• Schedule market appointments with assigned wholesale accounts and prepare formeetings by reviewing client sales performance and opportunities.• Work with the CS and Planning Departments to prepare tailored product assortments formarket presentations.• Lead market appointments, ensuring notes and drafts are promptly shared with clientsafter each session.• Support seasonal order entry for all accounts, resolving discrepancies with Sales, HQ,and clients.• Analyze client orders against seasonal budgets, identifying missed opportunities andguiding wholesale partners toward budget achievement.• Assist with showroom preparation and maintenance during market, ensuring the spacealigns with Isaia's brand image.• Confirm and finalize seasonal orders post-market, coordinating swatch sample mailingsupon request.• Collaborate with CS to ensure ad styles and garments for photo shoots or e-commerce areproduced on time.• Assist in organizing the collection before market, including sample check-in, showroomsetup, swatch organization, and fabric substitution updates.5. Additional Responsibilities• Submit and manage RTV/RA requests in collaboration with CS.• Support CS in end-of-year (EOY) inventory management at the warehouse.• Assist with any ad hoc requests or projects to support wholesale growth and operationalefficiency.Qualifications & Skills• Experience: 3+ years in wholesale, sales, or account management, preferably in luxuryfashion.• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and developactionable strategies.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability tobuild relationships across teams and clients.• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiaritywith ERP and EDI systems.• Detail Orientation: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy andefficiency in managing multiple priorities.• Teamwork: Collaborative approach to working across departments and with externalpartners to achieve shared goals.• Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive andsolution-oriented mindset.Why Join Isaia?At Isaia, we combine timeless craftsmanship with innovative design, creating a luxury brand thatis globally recognized for its excellence.
