Pre-Development & Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Development & Development Manager to lead pre-development activities for large-scale residential and hotel projects in a prime New York City location. The ideal candidate will oversee consultant hiring, manage project approvals with Empire State Development (ESD), coordinate plans with MTA and Amtrak, and lead community outreach efforts.
