Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a BIlingualSales Coordinator in Doral FL (NW 27th Street area). Position is temp-to-perm, onsite (not remote). Must be able to speak and read Spanish (and English).Starting ***** $22 per hour (based on 40 hour week)***** Onsite, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pmResponsibilities for the BilingualSales CoordinatorBilingual Sales Coordinators assist the sales team in servicing all accountsEnters orders and answers customer inquiriesAnswers phonesAssists with filingServes as backup for sales representatives during their absencesCommunicates with production, shipping and procurement teams to provide superior customer service to our account baseUtilizes team building and communication skills to create strong department and company- wide relationshipsRun daily reports for the Sales teamOther duties assigned as necessary; responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without noticeRequirements for the BilingualSales CoordinatorMinimum of 1-2 years' experience in similar sales role roleBilingual, and must be be able to speak and read Spanish (and English)Knowledge of produce (fruit, etc.) a plusGood Excel skills along with other MS Office programsMust have a dependable and reliable work ethic with strong interpersonal skills
