Job SummaryThe Enterprise Account Manager is the face of Atelier for our largest customers and are the commercial drivers for Atelier, tasked with growing the existing customer revenue. The Enterprise Account Manager understands the customer needs and drives for results to bring products to market by driving cross-functional delivery with Ateliers Supply Chain and Design teams. The Enterprise Account Manager challenges the status quo of traditional manufacturing speed without compromise to quality while using an empathy-led approach to problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are primarily responsible for driving new PO value through customer orders (both new products to market and re-orders) as well as growing customer value through new product innovation.You will do this through:Day-to-day customer management and communication with exceptional customer experience at the heart of everything you doServe as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing proactive regular updates on progress, issues and solutions to meet product delivery deadlinesFacilitating customer growth through introducing new product concepts and lowering the barriers to create new productsForecasting, forward planning to meet demand and efficiently timing product re-ordersCommercial category and profitability analysis including costing and pricing Trend analysis and providing strategic product recommendations to customersAbout YouYou're all the expected things (diligent, polite, communicative etc).
