If youre looking for a fun and rewarding career in the advertising industry, this is the opportunity for you!Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Services ResponsibilitiesAssist the COO with various accounting and operations tasks, including:Invoicing clients and vendorsManaging accounts receivable and accounts payableSupporting end-of-month accounting activitiesPerforming minor office management dutiesAssisting with timesheet reporting and reconciliationMaintaining accurate agency financial records and documentationHandling any additional administrative assistant duties as neededAccount Coordinator ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers in their day-to-day activities, including: Taking detailed notes during client meetings Distributing meeting notes and translating them into actionable tasks for the project manager Scheduling client and project meetings as required Preparing materials and agendas for client meetings Following internal processes to ensure smooth operations Collaborating closely with account managers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables Assisting with any other responsibilities that arise in the role of Account CoordinatorEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldRelevant coursework or certifications in accounting or marketing is a plusSoft Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProactive problem-solving mindsetTeam player with a positive attitudeAdaptability to changing environments and tasksStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team membersExpectationsWork primarily in the office with occasional light travel to meet clients locallyEnter timesheets accurately and on timeReport directly to the COOOccasional weekend work or event attendance may be required, though these instances are rare.PerksCompetitive salary with a parking stipendComprehensive medical insuranceExciting brand collaborationsFlexible hybrid workdaysOpportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environmentEngage with an award-winning team and contribute to exciting projectsIf youre ready to dive into the world of advertising and make a significant impact while working with some of the most exciting brands in New Orleans, we want to hear from you!
