Partnering closely with a Regional Senior Vice President (External Wholesaler), you'll work within a designated territory to promote the firm's suite of products to financial intermediaries. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, sales-driven individual to build a rewarding career in financial services.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an annual business plan in collaboration with your External Wholesaler partner, regularly reporting on progress and performance.Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.Schedule introductory meetings for your External Wholesaler partner and provide follow-up support as needed.Deliver engaging company and product presentations, both virtually and in person, to prospective clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of territory activities and sales pipelines in the firm's CRM system.Assist in creating ad hoc reports and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions.Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required (less than 10% travel).What We're Looking For:A results-driven individual with 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A self-starter with high energy, creativity, and a competitive drive to succeed.Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to learn about the financial services industry.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.FINRA Series 7 and/or 22, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).SIE certification (if applicable).Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including gym membership reimbursement.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture that values work-life balance.How to Apply:If you're a motivated, sales-focused professional looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you!
