Responsibilitiesâ— Assisting customers of US branch with product-related questions by email and in-personâ— Handling claims regarding refunds or exchangesâ— Processing orders are given over the phone, email, or internal ERP systemâ— Handling communication with customers and vendors to ensure on-time paymentâ— Assisting in coordinating the delivery process to meet guarantees to customersâ— Manage relationships with customersâ— Update internal databases with account informationâ— Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales serviceâ— Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents such as invoices and PO StatusQualificationâ— Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitudeâ— Excellent computer skills ( MS Office in particular)â— Organizational and time-management skillsâ— Hands-on experience with CRM softwareâ— Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service orientedâ— Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a sense of urgencyâ— Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentâ— Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentâ— Associates degree (Community College degree)
