With a commitment to superior service, rapid turnaround times, and precision engineering, we are expanding our leadership team to drive our next phase of growth.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic President to lead and oversee our Glass & Glazing division. This executive will be responsible for managing and mentoring our team of Project Managers (PMs) while ensuring the successful execution of all government and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations, business development, and team leadership within the construction, glazing, and architectural metals industry.Key Responsibilities:Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for GCCM.Oversee and manage Project Managers, handling state and federal projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.Directly guide the General Manager and field superintendent to have smooth flow of projectsEnsure seamless communication and coordination between all key personnel, including Project Managers, Office Administrators, the General Manager, and Field Superintendents.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, architects, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and contract requirements.Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities within government and institutional markets.Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to streamline project execution.Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.Implement best practices for project management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.Lead and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the glass & glazing, curtain wall, or construction industry.Strong background in government projects (state and federal) with a deep understanding of compliance, procurement, and execution requirements.Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and lead a team of Project Managers.Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiations, and strategic business development.Strong knowledge of construction materials, engineering principles, and installation techniques related to glazing and architectural aluminum systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Ability to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings.Why Join GCCM?Opportunity to lead a growing company with a strong pipeline of government contracts.Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Supportive, innovative, and dynamic work environment.Potential for career growth and expansion as we continue our nationwide growth strategy.Benefits: Health insurancePaid time offDental insuranceVacation paysRetirement plan401K
