About the Company - Funders App empowers merchant cash advance (MCA) providing capital to businesses in the United States.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the Funders App team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, cultivating relationships with potential partners, and identifying new revenue streams within the financial services and merchant cash advance (MCA) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with an understanding of the MCA industry, and the ability to strategically grow Funders App's market presence.Job description:Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the MCA and financial services markets. Work closely with the leadership team to define growth strategies and business goals.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, brokers, and key clients. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent service and solutions.Partnerships and Networking: Build and nurture partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, and industry influencers. Collaborate with these partners to expand Funders App's client base and increase revenue.Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. Create and execute outreach plans to convert leads into long-term clients.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Funders App's services, features, and updates. Educate potential clients and partners on how Funders App can provide innovative financial solutions to their needs.Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, lead generation efforts, and business development initiatives. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress toward business goals.You Must be:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the financial services, MCA, or fintech industries.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the MCA industry, financial products, and merchant funding solutions. Understanding of the fintech ecosystem and digital lending platforms is a plus.Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful business development strategies. Strong understanding of lead generation and pipeline management.Relationship-Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Excellent networking skills.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting and negotiating at the C-suite level.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
