As the Solutions Business Manager for Delta's Telecom Infrastructure Business, you will be at the forefront of innovation, transforming Delta from a product and service provider to a comprehensive solution provider. Your expertise in Telecom infrastructure, including NOC/MSC, Cell sites/Hubs, CO, and data centers, will be crucial in developing cutting-edge Solutions that meet the needs of clients deploying AI-RAN and next generation mobile networks.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Strategy and **Define and communicate the Solutions vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives for growth in the Telecom segments.Develop and maintain the Solutions roadmap, staying ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to keep Delta at the forefront of the 6G transition.Solution *Master Delta's range of products and services, including power/battery cabinets, DC power systems, VRLA & Li-ion batteries, UPS, remote monitoring software, and cooling solutions.Actively engage with tier one mobile operators and cable operators to define new solutions and quantify opportunity sizes.Oversee the Solutions development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with system engineers and international development teams to deliver innovative solutions.Collaborate with other Delta business teams to fill product voids and/or form external partnerships as necessary for comprehensive solutions.Solution Launch and *Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans, creating world class documentation and collaborating with Marketing , Product Management, and account managers to promote Solutions.Manage Solutions from launch to end of life, supporting Sales with training, solution selection, presentations and pricing.Required QualificationsEducational ** Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Professional Selling Skills - Both large account management and new accountdevelopment.Develop and Maintain Customer relationships.Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint.Results oriented.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt to Delta's unique and dynamic culture.Proven ***** At least 3 years in Product Management roles with a focus in Telecom products and solutions.Technical ***** Strong understanding of Telecom Infrastructure products and solutions relevant to the mobile and cable industry.Market ***** Demonstrated success in delivering products or solutions that meet customer requirements in a competitive market environment.Travel ***** Ability to travel domestically as needed to meet clients and attend industry events, with occasional travel to Asia.Preferred QualificationsRegulatory ***** Familiar with regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the Telecom Infrastructure industry.Language ***** Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
