We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering solutions for our Air Cargo Community System (ACS) in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and add new logos to the client database.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and delivering tailored products.Ensure high levels of customer engagement fostered through a collaborative approach and loyalty.Market Analysis and Insights:Analyse market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.Provide insights on competitive offerings and emerging industry trends.Explore opportunities for leveraging products from other markets to enhance offerings in the North American market.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with port and airport community systems and relevant stakeholders.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.Key Attributes and Skills:Sales Acumen:Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.Leadership and Initiative:Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Decision-making capabilities to manage complex sales projects.Customer Centricity:Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate strongly with clients, team members, and top management.Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decision-making.Capability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Strong time management skills.Digital Acumen:Understanding of SaaS products and digital project delivery is preferred.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.5 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or related sectors.Familiarity with air cargo community systems and port operations is an advantage.have a proven ability to exceed targets and deliver new revenue streamsStrong relationship management skills.Location:Based in the United States, with a focus on managing accounts across the Americas region.Compensation:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Compensation may vary based on experience and region.Sales Cycle:Between, 12 - 18 monthsWe are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth.
