We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the Kurz USA organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our manufacturing solutions. The candidate will have experience in the plastics industry and demonstrated success selling injection molded products. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a requirement as the sales territory will include businesses in the greater San Diego County region along with Mexico.Ideally based in the Southern California/Nevada/Arizona/Northern Mexico region, with ability to regularly locate at the San Diego Kurz facility.Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 USD Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with our existing clients in the plastic part and label customers in the medical device, consumer product and other manufacturing sectors.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research and direct approaches.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure client specifications are captured and met.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.Required QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in the injection molding, label or manufacturing industry.Ability to travel 50 - 75%, primarily in USA and Mexico.Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and experience working within MexicoStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with silk screen printing/manufacturing processes Familiarity with injection molding processes Experience working with and selling to the medical device industryBenefitsPaid Sick & VacationPaid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision401(k)For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
