We have a rapidly growing company expanding its sales team in the Jacksonville, FL area! The goal is to educate providers about the many unique private-label Rx solutions the company offers and facilitate their successful pull-through. Our medications were designed in collaboration with leading dermatologists to treat disease from multiple customized angles. Helping doctors optimize the medication customization is one of the great challenges and opportunities of the job. Once on-boarded, customers are to be supported (with the help of our robust IT platform) to fully capitalize on our platform and constantly expand their medication offering. The work is dynamic and flexible, as the company is growing very rapidly and is not encumbered by Insurance-based regulations (the model is 100% cash-pay to ensure affordability and guaranteed access every time.) With that said, the consultant will be part of a robust pharmaceutical team and be responsible for training, reports, and meetings accordingly.Key ***** • Achieve monthly prescription sales performance objectives through customer sales presentations and deep medication knowledge • Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow up of identified prescribers • Build and adhere to a sales plan to maximize performance • Maintain consistent communication with colleagues to improve the territory and meet corporate goals • Achieve high standards of professionalism and performanceRequirement/Qualifications • Bachelor's degree is required. • 2-5+ years successful buy and build/tangible sales within dermatology specialty • Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination • Demonstrated strong leadership • Must have valid drivers license and clean driving recordBenefits and Compensation • On target earnings of $220k per year • Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance • Mileage and travel reimbursement • Holidays and time off
