We are responsible for all B2B and B2C operations, leading the management of relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs, call centers, and wedding services, ensuring unforgettable experiences and exceptional service for our clients, regardless of their destination.We are looking for aBusiness Developing Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships based in Denver Colorado. This is your chance to work with one of the leading luxury hospitality brands, which offers some of the best perks in the industry.As a BDM, you will represent our luxury brands, including Palace Resorts (with properties in Cancun, Playa del Carmen & Cozumel), Moon Palace Resorts (Cancun & Ocho Rios), AAA Five Diamond Le Blanc Hotels & Resorts (Cancun & Los Cabos), as well as the Baglioni Collection of Hotels & Resorts (Italy & the Maldives).Salary Range: $65K plus Commissions International Valid Passport and Valid Drivers License Required. The position is at least 75% Traveling Mandatory, so you MUST be Willing and Able to Travel.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Traveling as a Representative for Palace Resorts and the Palace Company.Will Represent Palace Resorts Five-star Luxury Hotels and Resorts within its 4 outstanding worldwide brands.Conducting daily sales calls to leading travel agencies throughout the region while promoting travel and meeting new people.Will be responsible for sales growth.Will be required to travel within the US, Mexico, and other countries for in-person industry events, sales blitzes, conferences, etc.Will host company educational trips to Mexico and The Caribbean for property experience.Will conduct travel agent office visits to build a relationship periodicallySeek out and discuss promotional opportunities during confirmed appointments.Pro-active role in Developing the accounts within the established market.Place a high focus on Training and Product Development through webinar technology and person-to-person.Organize and prepare a marketing plan with assigned agencies to drive the business to grow.Provide information on the details and benefits of using the company's direct booking channel.Deliver presentations to portray the strategic goals and objectives determined by the Field sales objectives within brand standards.Work with each travel agency to develop a sales strategy.Increase sales revenues following the agreed production targets per account.Analyze and develop strategic activities based on the intelligence collected from the agency's vision and successful campaigns.Review and evaluate all production reports to ensure that production is on pace with the expected growth for each specific account.Conduct Monthly conference calls or meetings to ensure that all agency executives and management team are fully connected with performance and production.Discover new sales opportunities consistent with the current overall sales strategy.Responsible for processing inquiries for individual and group reservations.Skills & Experience:Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient.
