As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in this mission, partnering with some of our most experienced financial advisors.About the Role:We are currently seeking an efficient and intuitive Full-Time Client Services Coordinator for our Newport Beach office. This is an in-person position Monday through Friday, daytime hours. In this dynamic position, you'll support business processing and enhance client service, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of tasks, requiring both judgment and initiative. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments and to make reasonable accommodations as needed.Requirements:Must meet background check and fingerprinting requirementsProficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookCustomer service oriented with strong writing, speaking, communication and phone skills2+ years of administrative experienceProactive, personable, dependable, organized and able to meet deadlinesCollege Degree or equivalent experienceEmployment TypeFull Time - Non ExemptCompensation: The expected per pay period range for this position is between $52,000-$70,000 annually.
