My client is looking for a RCM Sales Executive. This is a hybrid role based in Southlake TX. This is a full-time role for an RCM Sales Executive located in Southlake, TX. The RCM Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our comprehensive healthcare revenue cycle management and prior authorization solutions to healthcare organizations. The role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients. The RCM Sales Executive will work closely with the VP, Business Development to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the company.Qualifications• Demonstrated experience in healthcare RCM sales (At least two years)• Knowledge of revenue cycle management and prior authorization processes• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and billing• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients• Self-motivated and target-driven• Strong organizational and time management skills• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
