We like to make work enjoyable and engaging.We light the worlds most beautiful spaces.Position ***** Work directly with customers to process and problem solve orders, always ensuring that it is easier to do business with Lucifer Lighting than any other lighting manufacturer.Essential Duties and ***** Successful territory management- Offer best-in-class customer service, building deep relationships with our sales representatives and customers.Steward all aspects of orders, including expedites, credit holds, returns, freight quotes, and shipment methods. Problem solve at the highest level to ensure that we never say "no" to our customers; always offering them alternate suggestions and recommendations that will meet their needs.Market products and initiatives to our sales representatives and train them to ensure their understanding of the benefits and features of each.Stay up to date with new product launches with the ability to distinguish key features; able to offer up alternative product offerings. Knowledge, Skills and **Effective listening skills and emotional intelligence, with ability to read between the linesAbility to comprehend technical details and technical literacyStrong organizational skills and highly-developed attention to detailFeels a sense of ownership over responsibilitiesPositive personality and enjoys assisting customers by telephoneSolid computer skillsExcel in a fast-paced work environment with a bent towards collaborationProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointVery strong verbal and written communication skillsIndependent, self-starterRequired Education and ** At least two years of experience in roles involving customer support.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or related discipline.
