We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our clients team and expand their emergency services and restoration business in the Boston, MA area.This is a highly compensated position with significant commission potential.Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $105,000Commission OTE: $50,000 - $160,000Vehicle Allowance ProvidedBrief DescriptionThe Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by leveraging a strategic sales approach. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with clients in the hospitality and entertainment industry while utilizing a proven sales model. Successful candidates will excel at networking, lead generation, and industry partnership development.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships within the hospitality and entertainment industry to increase lead generation and revenue.Identify and engage new business prospects, presenting tailored solutions for restoration services.Maintain active membership in key industry associations and participate in leadership roles.Support company-wide sales initiatives by adhering to established sales processes.Meet or exceed conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activity.Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contingency plans.Track all sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce CRM.Build a strong book of business through strategic networking and targeted outreach.MarketingCollaborate with leadership to establish industry presence and marketing strategies.Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns tailored to the local market.Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences, including evening and weekend functions.Partner with the sales team to create and host ** Live seminars**.General ResponsibilitiesDevelop a thorough understanding of the company's services and industry-specific terminology.Uphold company standards and best practices in all interactions.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Contribute positively to the company culture and community.Perform additional duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have direct reports.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel 100% within the assigned region, with occasional overnight travel for meetings and training.Qualifications & Requirements3+ years of outside sales experience required; experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry is a must.Background in restoration services or related fields is highly preferred.Availability to attend networking events during evenings and weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).Valid driver's license with a satisfactory MVR report.Strong interpersonal skills with a tenacious and team-oriented attitude.EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Compensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive base salary, monthly incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:Auto allowance, fuel card, and expense accountCompany laptop, cell phone, and branded apparelProfit-sharing plan (Ownership Thinking Program)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurance401(k) plan with guaranteed matchPaid holidays and PTO
