Tilit is redefining workwear for chefs, cooks, and the hospitality industry from the kitchen to the street.Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Sales Coordinator supports the Sales team in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn the ins and outs of the apparel industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.What you will doRespond quickly to all inbound sales inquiries, help educate client on product, and meet goals for customer acquisitionManage operational aspects of wholesale/restaurant accounts from sale through product delivery and paymentFollow up on current accounts to meet retention goals and continue to build client relationships post-purchaseMaintaining the opportunity pipeline via a Customer Relationship Manager system (CRM)About youMust love food and fashion, with prior hospitality experience a bonus1 year omni-channel sales experience with demonstrated ability to achieve goalsAbility to thrive in a collaborative environmentExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders and teamsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
