They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who has experience selling plastics films to converters. This is a growing company with great stability. Come be a part of an incredible team!**Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and activity reports.**5+ years of sales experience.Experience in the plastics film industry.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales goals.Excellent communication skills.Ability to travel up to 50%.
