MCA Fabrication is seeking our next dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to grow business. Established in 1904, MCA Fabrication provides steel manufacturing services and electrical products, and is located one hour south of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Position Summary: Reporting to the CEO, and serving on the leadership team of the company, the Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for all tactics and strategy around driving revenue growth, building brand awareness, and achieving sales and profitability targets.Essential Functions: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products/services and achieve revenue goals Serve as a key member of the company leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and the creation of company policies, procedures and goals Manage relationships with current and future sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maximize performance Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with new offerings Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.) Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, making data driven adjustments as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor company performance in sales and marketing and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives and enhance operational efficiency Support a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation and implementing best practices Prepare regular reports on sales outlook, budget alignment, and operational metrics for senior management. This includes leading the demand planning portion of the SIOP cycleStay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with proven success in driving revenue growth Sales experience and professional contacts in the metal fabrication segment is preferred Experience developing creative, innovative, and strategic marketing campaigns Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication and group presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage with executives and stakeholders, and act as liaison to customers and sales representatives at all levels of an organization Proficiency in computer skills including marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analysis tools and MS Office Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret market research and metrics Experience with goal-setting and KPI performance management Training and experience with problem-solving methodologies and decision-making skills Ability to work within a cross-functional leadership team and to support team members Location: This position is designated for on-site work at our headquarters and manufacturing facility in Manchester, TN, and will require some travel to represent the company to customers and trade shows. For the right candidate, a hybrid or remote designation will be considered. Compensation and Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position. The annual base salary is $100,000 - $150,000 and is commensurate with experience. Possible bonuses are tied to company profitability. Participation in company benefits, 401K, and PTO is included.
