About our positionASI has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative to work with our global sales team to develop target accounts for prospecting. Through outbound calling and emails, the BDR will research, cultivate, and qualify inbound leads and set meetings designed to generate new opportunities for the sales team. What you'll be doingWorking with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting.Following up, cultivating, and qualifying inbound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email. Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system. Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup. Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills. Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.What we want you to haveBachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong drive and a determined sales approach. Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS). Understanding of sales performance metrics. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred.
