MMI is looking for people with a passion for innovation and a dedication to excellence to join us.MMI is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join our rapidly growing, talented team.Role and main responsibilities:Manage compensation analytics including but not limited to monthly draws, quarterly comp calculations, statement creation and execution, quota report out, sales awards tracking, legal documentationPresent actionable information and insights to team members and managementCommunicate and collaborate with cross functional team members and customersAnalyse and report on sales performance, through analysis of financial and business data.Develop an effective reorder strategy for inventory managementAssist in the development, implementation and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvementLead the development of workflow automation and cross functional collaboration.Review business processes and provide continuous improvement recommendations to management.Support Sales Dept meetings, communications, and key activities:Prepare for Quarterly Business Review with customers by developing standard template and process to report on financial and business data.Assist in Performance Management planning & execution tracking for sales department employeesSupport central customer requests, such as business continuity planning and capability presentationsRequired/preferred background and experience:At minimum 5 years working in a sales environment with health care industry preferredBachelors degree in business marketing, sales, accounting or financeHighly proficient in use of software, such as MS Office, Smartsheet, Salesforce, SharePoint and ERP system (NetSuite preferred).Proficient knowledge of Program Management tools, including Gantt charts, ERP, Database managementAdvanced problem-solving and analytic skillsSuperior oral and written communication skillsHigh level of organization and detail-orientationStrong work ethic and willingness to take initiativeGood attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritizeExcellent time management skills and ability to meet commitments with and through others.What We OfferAn exciting and challenging role where you will make a true impact in both the success of the company and patient lives.
