This is a fantastic opportunity for a "go-getter" sales professional who thrives on accountability and exceeding performance goals. You will play a key role in servicing existing clients and driving revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing relationships within your designated territory and surrounding areas. If you enjoy building strong professional relationships and have a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!Develop and execute a strategic plan for targeting key law firm accounts and attorneys.Conduct daily in-person visits with current and prospective clients.Cultivate deep relationships with attorneys through relationship-focused sales activities, including cold calling, scheduled presentations, and networking events.Generate awareness and preference for our clients services, including expert witness placement, case management, and other specialized offerings.Collaborate with the case management team to ensure high client satisfaction and initiate active cases.Achieve and exceed sales quotas and objectives.Conduct client research and meet productivity targets.Serve as a company ambassador while collaborating with internal teams to address client needs.Excellent prospecting and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.Proven ability to build new business and expand existing accounts.Strong client service focus.Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule.3+ years of outside professional services sales experience (legal sales or other professional B2B experience is required). Experience in other professional services fields like healthcare, or industries with complex sales cycles will be considered.
