Oracle CPQ Developer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced CPQ Developer to join our Global SFDC/CRM/CPQ Team as an individual contributor. This role will support CRM applications for various business functions, including Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance. The ideal candidate should have extensive Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process experience, expertise in complex configurations, scripting languages, and CPQ platforms (Oracle iQuotes/BigMachines), and the ability to work independently.The CPQ Developer will collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, design, and deliver solutions that enhance sales automation and support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business functions to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and maintain CPQ solutions.Document implementation plans, technical designs, and solutions.Evaluate and recommend best practices for CRM and CPQ tools.Stay up to date with technology trends in CRM, CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash processes.Design, develop, and configure custom applications in a sandbox environment.Enhance commerce pricing/approval functions to support a global business.Build reporting metrics to track system performance.Develop and maintain document output solutions in CPQ for business and legal compliance.Support and enhance CPQ integration with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP.Test and validate changes before deployment to ensure system integrity.Ensure seamless integration between CPQ and other enterprise applications.Keep the CPQ platform upgraded to the most appropriate version.Implement intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX designs.Design and implement data integrity protocols to maintain data accuracy.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.5 - 7 years of relevant experience in CPQ development and CRM systems.At least 3 years of experience working with cloud applications.Minimum 5 years of experience in Java and scripting languages (BML experience preferred).Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of CRM and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.In-depth experience with CRM and BigMachines CPQ.Experience working cross-functionally across an organization to ensure global alignment on system changes.Familiarity with system infrastructure and master data models.Experience migrating design and data from sandbox to production.Proficiency in implementing WebService SOAP calls in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).Experience leading complex system projects and cross-functional teams.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
