As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive our expansion into new markets.Position Overview:As an Account Executive at Profit.co, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our performance management solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software, while consistently exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in B2B software sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within assigned territories or accounts.Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales calls, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Profit.co's solutions to prospective clients.Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and objections to tailor solutions accordingly.Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to drive the sales process from lead generation to close.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure mutual value and alignment between the company and client.Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and accurate reporting of sales activities in the CRM system.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and offerings.Represent Profit.co at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and improve sales strategies and offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and processes, specifically with MEDDIC.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Results-driven- individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, and changing environmentSomeone with a self-learner, and curious mindsetProficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity toolsBenefits:Competitive salary with uncapped commission potentialComprehensive health benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation.Flexible work arrangementsCompany-sponsored team events and outings.Join Profit.co and be a part of a passionate team dedicated to driving business success for our clients through cutting-edge solutions and unparalleled service.
