Job descriptionCompany DescriptionCOMPANY is a global leader in sports, fashion, events & media.COMPANYr is a global sports & entertainment company, home to many of the worlds most dynamic & engaging storytellers, brands, live events & experiences.COMPANY is also the majority owner of a premium sports & entertainment company .Role Description• Responsible for the sale of brand partnership (sponsorship) opportunities across their portfolio, but potentially also including) as well as non-tournament assets including digital & media.• Experience in Global/National size sports sponsorship sales• Deliver against an agreed GTM strategy, unlocking the significant commercial potential of the COMPANY assets in the US, maximizing sales, and achieving the revenue targets set.• Working across & within the COMPANY network, including the Global Partnerships Team, Sales Operations Teams, regional offices as well as functions within the COMPANY.Many more descriptions ~ please reach out to us for more details....Qualifications• Demonstrable relevant experience• Extensive network of senior client relationships and Strategic Partnerships• Demonstrable experience of developing high value, consultative, solution focused marketing programs for mature and/or niche properties • Capable of thinking creatively with a commercially driven, entrepreneurial mindset• Proven experience of sales in business, having both initiated and executed mid to high value sales in either a B2B or B2C environment• Proven track record of successfully prospecting, negotiated & closing substantive partnership deals• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• Must have strong written & verbal skillsWed Love If You Also Have These:• Strong people management skills & ability to excel in a fast-paced environment• Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint• Ability to build long lasting working relationships with internal & external stakeholders at all levels• A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand• Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines• Strong sales, presentation & negotiation skills• Strong decision making & awareness of the need for involvement of legal, finance & senior teams at the appropriate stages• Strong verbal & written communications & interpersonal skills with the confidence to create leads in person & on the phone• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize• Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment and keep focused on objectives & the bigger picture• Sells business values & negotiates for success• Ability to recognize & overcome attitudes, beliefs & emotional blocks that create resistance to change, which alters level of participation because of an emotional point of view• Sells business values & negotiates for successTravel:• Regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events domestically or internationally• Outside of event travel there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the roleHow we work:• COMPANY is at the center of sports, media, entertainment & fashion & is largely a relationship-based business.
