Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of customers and serving as the primary point of contact for their diverse needs. This role is tasked with delivering exceptional service and communication and fostering strong relationships with both internal partners and external clients to ensure mutual success. Proactively engaging with external customers, the Account Manager aims to expand ODW's presence with each client, driving growth and solidifying the companys position in the market. Manage small to mid-sized customer accountsCompare revenue/profit for forecastingProvide pricing to customers for all modes of transportationDevelop an extensive knowledge of all ODW Transportation Management service offeringsOffer solutions for support needs in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and other customer presentationsOversee any after-hours customer issues or urgent requests, both internal and externalPrepare and present monthly budget reports and communicate with team leader on sales, profit, number of orders, and changes in customer communicationCreate and maintain customer profiles for each managed accountAssist with customer onboardingIdentify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies in accordance with company policiesCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement safeguards to protect company assets and improve profitabilityAll other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsThese may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
