Business Enablement ManagerThe **Contribute to the Growth of Your Career.As the Business Enablement Manager, you will play a significant role in TJX's Logistics Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for overseeing the Vendor Centric price ticket program for North American, Digital, and Australian divisions including managing strategies and operations with all providers and key stakeholders. Job ** • Manages the vendor onboarding process to ensure timely enrollment, user ease and customer support • Drives team to define and achieve department and provider KPIs and metrics. • Assesses all active providers and strategic engagement for optimal cost, time, and program compliance • Leads the effort of the RFI/RFP process with GS & P assessing potential and existing providers • Partners with Vendor Compliance team to address issues holistically • Actively leads collaboration efforts with both internal and external partners • Facilitates training and education ensuring user knowledge, accuracy, and timeliness of pre-ticketing/pre-labeling program globally • Communicates with IT regularly to ensure seamless operations of all ticket related applications, EDI feeds and necessary enhancements • Drives the development and updating of contingency plans to support business continuity during any disruption • Leads the development and implementation efforts on new and existing TJX ticket types, as business needs arise • Continuously scans the industry for potential innovation that could support TJX supply chain efficiencies Who We Are Looking *****You.• Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience • 4-7 years' experience in EDI, Supply Chain, Program Management • Strong analytical skills • Strong technical aptitude (ex. Excel, PowerBI, Cognos) • Experience leading and developing a team • Experience in project management • Experience with cost management • Understanding of EDI / Supply Chain KPIs • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment • Track record of learning and developing new analytical skills and technical knowledge in a dynamic setting • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to communicate and interpret conceptual design ideas • Envisioning the future and anticipating trends and their implications for the company • Anticipate trends and/or disruptions and proactively analyze potential implications for the company • Fosters an understanding of the company's strategic direction in others • Manages a positive and inclusive team environment This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
