Your ability to build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and bring innovative solutions to life will be at the core of your success.If this hits you right in the heart; please take 10 minutes to complete our Culture Survey at and apply!Essential Functions· Lead tours of NextSpace, a one-of-a-kind Immersive Workspace Gallery to provide clients with a firsthand look at how our cutting-edge solutions can elevate their workplace.· Use your persuasion skills to identify and recommend the best solutions to meet client needs and challenges.· Collaborate with our design team to develop detailed proposals that align with client objectives.· Close business by effectively negotiating deals and turning opportunities into signed contracts.· Partner with our PM team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, ensuring clients' needs are met on time and within budget.· Build and nurture long-term client relationships, becoming their go-to consultant for workplace technology solutions.· Maintain a high level of engagement with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied every step of the way.Competencies· People magnet: You easily connect with clients and stakeholders, building trust and rapport from day one.· Expert persuasion skills: Your ability to influence and negotiate leads to successful outcomes and satisfied clients.· Follow through: You are relentless in ensuring every deal is seen through to completion, with no opportunity left behind.· Ability to entertain clients and build relationships in a variety of social settings.· Highly social with excellent listening and communication skills, you understand clients' needs and respond with tailored solutions.· A results-driven mindset: You focus on achieving outcomes and closing deals that move the business forward.· Ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to meet client needs or secure deals.· A proven history of motivation, self-direction, and sales success.Supervisory Responsibilities: None; nothing to take your time away from achieving your goal.Work Environment: Office-based with field visits, including client project sites and industry events.Travel Required: Local travel, including weekly client visits.Minimum Requirements· 5+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of success in driving revenue and building relationships.· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Education and Experience· Interest in working within the technology industry.· Experience with workplace or corporate technology solutions is a plus.Affirmative Action/EEO StatementImmedia Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
